Requirements :<\/span><\/h3>
  • 35mm X 45mm-size color photo with white Backgrounds (less than 3 month\u2019s old)<\/strong><\/em>
    And 70%-80% face coverage); Head coverings are only accepted for religious reasons.
    (Does not glue or staple the picture to the application form.<\/li>
  • Passport with validity not less than 6 month\u2019s & should have at least two blank pages.<\/strong><\/em>
    All Old Passports must be submitted with the Application form. Be sure to scan
    ALL PAGES of your travel document containing visas, entry and exit stamps or any
    other inscription.<\/li>
  • A copy of National ID Card\/Birth Certificate<\/span> and present and permanent address.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>
  • Updated (Last 6 month\u2019s) Bank Solvency and statement showing sufficient balance.<\/li>
  • For Service Holder :<\/strong> Certificate from the Employer (Salary Certificate & NOC),<\/span>
    For Students :<\/strong><\/span> ; Copy of Identity Card from the Educational Institution is to be Attached,
    For Businessman :<\/strong><\/span> Trade License, Tin & TR Certificate (Photocopy with English
    Translated Notarized) as well other Business Documents.
    If the Company Sponsors the Trip:<\/strong><\/span> Company Bank Statements, Trade License, Tin &
    TR Certificate, and Memorandum.<\/li>
  • Invitation letter<\/em><\/strong> from inviting company<\/em><\/strong> (If sponsored by another company)<\/li>
  • JOB HISTORY.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>
  • Travel Insurance. <\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    a)<\/strong> Marriage Certificate (b)<\/strong> Birth Certificate for children.<\/em><\/span> (c)<\/strong> Asset valuation.
