Requirements :<\/span><\/h3>

\u00a0<\/p>

  • 51mm X 51mm-(2\u201dx2\u201d)size color photo with white Backgrounds (less than 3 month\u2019s<\/strong><\/em>
    old).<\/strong><\/em><\/li>
  • Passport with validity not less than 6 month\u2019s & should have at least two blank pages.<\/strong><\/em>
    All old passports must be submitted with the application form.<\/li>
  • A copy of National ID Card\/ Birth Certificate and present address.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>
  • Updated (Last 6 month\u2019s) Bank Solvency and statement showing sufficient balance.<\/li>
  • For Service Holder :<\/strong> <\/span>Certificate from the employer (leave letter\/NOC if possible).
    For Students :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 Copy of Identity card from the educational institution is to be
    attached,
    For Businessman :<\/strong><\/span> Trade License, & TR Certificate (photocopy with English
    translated Notarized) as well other business documents.
    If the company sponsors the trip :<\/span><\/strong> Company Bank Statements, Trade License,
    Tin & TR Certificate, and Memorandum.
    Invitation letter from inviting company<\/strong><\/em><\/span> (If sponsored by another company)<\/li>
  • Cover Letter<\/strong><\/em> OR Forwarding Letter<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>
  • FAMILY DITALES<\/span><\/em><\/strong> ( FATHER,MOTHER AND SPOUSE PRESENT ADREESS).<\/li>
  • TRAVEL HISTORY<\/strong><\/em> (Last 10 years).<\/li>
  • EDUCATIONAL HISTORY<\/strong> (Above Higher secondary).<\/li>
