Requirements :

• 35mm X 45mm-size color photo with white Backgrounds (less than 3 month’s old)
  And 70%-80% face coverage); Head coverings are only accepted for religious reasons.
  (Does not glue or staple the picture to the application form.
• Passport with validity not less than 6 month’s & should have at least two blank pages.
  All Old Passports must be submitted with the Application form. Be sure to scan
  ALL PAGES of your travel document containing visas, entry and exit stamps or any
  other inscription.
• A copy of National ID Card/Birth Certificate and present and permanent address.
• Updated (Last 6 month’s) Bank Solvency and statement showing sufficient balance.
• For Service Holder : Certificate from the Employer (Salary Certificate & NOC),
  For Students : ; Copy of Identity Card from the Educational Institution is to be Attached,
  For Businessman : Trade License, Tin & TR Certificate (Photocopy with English
  Translated Notarized) as well other Business Documents.
  If the Company Sponsors the Trip: Company Bank Statements, Trade License, Tin &
  TR Certificate, and Memorandum.
• Invitation letter from inviting company (If sponsored by another company)
• JOB HISTORY.
• Travel Insurance.

Other supporting documents :

a) Marriage Certificate (b) Birth Certificate for children. (c) Asset valuation.
And All original copies of All expected documents (If possible).
