Requirements :

• 35mm X 45mm-size color photo with white Backgrounds (less than 3 months old).
• Passport with validity not less than 6 month’s & should have at least two blank pages.
  All old passports must be submitted with the application form.
• A copy of National ID Card and present address.
• Updated (Last 6 month’s) Bank Solvency and statement showing sufficient balance.
• For Service Holder : Certificate from the employer (leave letter/NOC if possible).
  For Students : Copy of Identity card from the educational institution is to be
  attached,
  For Businessman : Trade License, Tin Certificate, Memorandum ,Tex return copy
  (photocopy with English translated Notarized) as well other business documents.
  If the company sponsors the trip : Company Bank Statement’s, Trade License, Tin & Tex return copy.
• Invitation letter from inviting company (If sponsored by another company)
• FAMILY DITALES ( FATHER,MOTHER,BROTHER, SISTER, SPOUSE AND CHIDRENS – RESIDENTIAL
  CERTIFICATE & PRESENT ADREESS/INFO).
• TRAVEL HISTORY (Last 10 years).
• EDUCATIONAL HISTORY (Above Higher secondary).
• JOB HISTORY 10 YEARS.

Other supporting documents :

a) Marriage Certificate (b) Birth Certificate for children. (c) Asset valuation.
And All original copies of All expected documents (If possible).
