  are to be Photocopied at VFS Global at Time of Lodgments.
• National ID Card copy and Present Address.
• Last 6 months’ bank statement and Bank Solvency letter (personnel & company)
• For Service Holder : Certificate from the Employer (Leave Letter/NOC if Possible).
  For Students : Copy of Identity Card from the Educational Institution is to be Attached,
  For Businessman : Trade License, Tin & TR Certificate (Photocopy with English
  Translated Notarized) as well other Business Documents.
  If the Company Sponsors the Trip : Company Bank Statements, Trade License, Tin & Tex Return
  Certificate, and Memorandum.
• FAMILY DITALES (FATHER, MOTHER, SIBLINGS SPOUSE AND CHIDRENS – NID/ info)
• TRAVEL HISTORY (Last 10 years).
• EDUCATIONAL HISTORY (Above Higher secondary).
• JOB HISTORY (Last 10 years).
• If have, Refusal Letter and Details of Original Letter that Country.
• Copy of Previous Passports and Visas issued.
• 3 Copy’s paper of Official Pad & Copy’s of Office id Card.
• 2 Copy’s Visiting Card.

Other supporting documents :

a) Marriage Certificate (b) Birth Certificate for children. (c) Asset valuation.
And All original copies of All expected documents (If possible).
